Jefferson swim team gets another big win

The Jefferson swim team recorded their 22nd straight dual meet victory when they downed Coon Rapids 435-181 at the Jefferson Municipal Pool on June 18. The 80-90 member squad won 7 of 10 medley relays, 5 of 7 freestyle relays, and 40 out of 56 individual events. Head coach of the squad is Jeff Schroeder, and Jade Ayala, Nick Schroeder, and Maddie Schoeder are assistants. Other victories this season have been over Manning, Glidden, Perry, and Sac City. The team’s next opponent is Guthrie Center on June 23.
