Eugene F. Vogel, the son of Frank and Emma Ann (Weiss) Vogel, was born Oct. 16, 1927 on his parent’s farm north of Churdan and left this life on Dec. 3, at the Regency Park Care Center in Carroll.

Harold “Hal” James Harper, 54, passed away November 30.  

Hal worked as a lab technician at DuPont Pioneer in Clive.

Verda E. Brown, the daughter of John V. and Bertha (Burlett) Kelley, was born Sept. 7, 1920 at her parent’s farm home near Batavia and left this life at the age of 94 on Nov.

Alice Klang, age 89, of Jefferson and formerly of Proctor, Minn. passed away on Dec. 1, at Regency Park in Jefferson.

James D. Kendall, 80, of Le Mars passed away on Nov. 21 at Plymouth Manor Care Center in Le Mars. Funeral services took place at 1:00 p.m. on Nov.

Everett Lee Mull was born May 8, 1923 in Ringgold County to Walter and Rosa Mae (Waggoner) Mull. He spent most of his life in Greene County. On Aug.

Norma Jean Nelson Wright of rural Jefferson passed away at Westhaven Community in Boone on Nov. 5, at the age of 87 years, where she resided since Dec. 2011.
