A service was held for Kristie Kiefer at 10:30 a.m. April 25, at Hastings Funeral Home in Jefferson. A visitation was held after 1:00 p.m. April 24, till 8:00 p.m. at Hastings Funeral Home.

William “Bill” Overturf was born in Moline, Illinois, on Dec. 22, 1943, to Paul and Doris Overturf. He was raised by his grandparents until their death and then was moved to an orphanage.
