Wanda Sue Bowers Gilligan passed away peacefully on April 1, 2017 with family by her side. Services will be held at 11 a.m., Thursday, April 6, 2017 at Merle Hay Funeral Home.

Wayne Eugene Robbins, son of Lloyd Forrest Robbins and Arline Lois Hess Robbins, was born December 27, 1944 in Jefferson, Iowa.

Kenneth Henry, son of Henry and Anna (Grimm) Ewoldt, was born on November 14, 1922 in Manning, Iowa. He was baptized in the Lutheran church in Manning.

Larry David Blackburn was born March 11, 1946, to Marjorie (Miller) and Darrell Blackburn in Jefferson, Iowa. He died of bladder cancer on March 16, 2017 at the Hospice House in Ames, Iowa.

Ruth “Elaine” Parker, 81, of Manly, Iowa, passed away Thursday, March 16, 2017 at St. Mary’s Hospital in Rochester, Minn. after a serious illness.
