During Monday night’s storm, Bob Wahl’s maple tree toppled onto his neighbor’s driveway, totaling two of Alex Hamilton’s cars and causing minor damage to another. Hamilton said the police came to his North Locust Street home around midnight to notify him of the damage. “When the cop was standing at the door, I’m looking behind him and thought, ‘Well, that’s not where that tree’s supposed to be,’” Hamilton said Tuesday morning.
